By accessing and using the RUH AREIOS platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

RUH AREIOS is a talent marketplace platform that connects clients with freelance professionals. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to client-freelancer agreements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining confidential login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, fraud, or intellectual property infringement. Prohibited uses include spam, malware, exploitation, and violation of third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant RUH AREIOS a license to use your content for platform operation. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you post.

6. Payment & Escrow

Payments are held in escrow until work is completed. We charge a platform fee on transactions. Payment processing is subject to our payment provider terms and local regulations.

7. Dispute Resolution

For disputes, contact our support team. We mediate in good faith. If unresolved, disputes may go to arbitration or litigation as specified in your contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

RUH AREIOS is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid to us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime. Upon termination, you remain responsible for outstanding obligations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may require affirmative acceptance.
